Kudos
Kudos Services provide disability services for children and young people — South Australia’s first employee-owned mutual in the sector.
That employee ownership is only part of what’s special about Kudos. As a young organisation in a crowded marketplace with some very large competitors, they needed help getting their story out. They asked us to devise a campaign to promote their therapy services.
Kudos pride themselves on their community of care — the relationships between staff, clients and families. We created the “Kudos to…” concept to share that community with the world, showcasing two clients and their special relationships with their carers. The result was a beautifully raw and emotional campaign full of heart and soul.
Festival City Adelaide
South Australia has long been known as the Festival State. Mad March is when it all kicks off but Adelaide actually has a diverse, year-round calendar of festivals. Festivals Adelaide is the peak body for these festivals, and they came to us as their remit evolved from advocacy to something much more ambitious — promoting, fostering and scaling the festival culture and profile of Adelaide for local, interstate and international audiences.
Working closely with stakeholders from Adelaide’s leading festivals, we conceived a new name for the organisation — Festival City ADL. The shortening of Adelaide to ADL was integral to the project. With audiences from far and wide, it needed to be a brand that visitors feel connected to. Our international airport code is recognisable and a good abbreviation, so it felt like the perfect fit. The brand we built plays with the negative space inside the letters — shapes, colour and motion that give ADL a dynamic identity of its own. As you read this, we’re working with Festival City Adelaide on another new website — this time with AI-powered tools for running festivals.
Two Way Street
Two Way Street is a leading business in the disability sector, providing services for children and adults, with a particular focus on supporting people with complex communication needs. They’d developed a large collection of online learning resources but their digital presence wasn’t keeping up — they needed help communicating that they’re much more than a face-to-face clinical practice.
We refreshed their brand and built a new website that brought everything together — blog, workshops, online courses, resources and products — all in one accessible, WCAG 2.1 compliant location.
